While he seems to operate in a laid back manner, he is quick to respond and a good communicator by text and email (which were our chosen methods of communication). In our deal he was a dual agent but we felt well represented through the process. As out-of-town buyers, we felt well taken care of with Lynn as our local representative for inspection, appraisal and any other things that came up at the property during the entire process.
